Returns are accepted, if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, all electronics are guaranteed to not be DOA and replacement heating coils are available, we typically do not have a problem with Globtopus units, but do warranty the unit itself for 6 months from purchase. Coils are not under warranty, Remember a Red Coil is a dead Coil. Any non damaged returns will required a 20% restocking fee and buyer is responsible for return shipping.
